With all the short-run millwork I do, I figured it was time I built myself a serviceable router table. This is my take on Norm Abrams' Deluxe Router Station.

Here's the finished product. The green is laminate. Durable and easy to apply.

Lots of drawers for my bits and pieces.

It has dust collection, too.

The pegged drawers are perfect for holding my bits.

Room for growth, even.

Drawer slides. Don't open all the drawers all at once though, or else the cabinet will tip over. Ask me how I know.

The cabinet actually makes the router surprisingly quiet.

T-track for featherboards and miter slot for sleds.

T-track in outfeed fence for an adjustable stop block.
